Although we’ve created Boost Camp Bali thinking about people that work in a corporate environment, it can also be a life-changing experience for:

Our aim is for Boost Campers to come from different business backgrounds and occupy a range of position from specialists to managers. However, there is a common denominator for all Boost Campers; they should be:

Who should not go for the Boost Camp Bali?
Boost Camp Bali is NOT for people that:
- are looking to spend two weeks on the beach
- think that they know it all and have all the answers
- say “no” to new solutions and different perspectives
Is there any age restriction to participate?
Boost Camp Bali has been designed for professionals who need to recharge and rediscover their potential in the limited time of annual leave. To grant the perfect conditions to achieve this, we are inviting like-minded people who are at a similar stage in their careers and lives, generally speaking in their early thirties to their early fifties.
I will be travelling alone, is it a problem?
No, not at all! The group of 15 Boost Campers will be composed mostly of solo travelers, and we anticipate that this will help to enhance the experience and hope that many of you will become great friends and enhance the Boost Camp Bali Community.
How is the accommodation?
We know that after taking a break from your busy lives you deserve a bit of luxury and wish to spoil yourself a little bit. Or more than just a little.
That’s why Boost Camp Bali’s accommodation is outstanding: authentic, luxurious Balinese villas with swimming pool or boutique resorts, some of them in unique settings either hidden in the paddy fields or close to the sea.

How is the food?
Are you a foodie? So are we!
Every day will start with a delicious and healthy breakfast.
Our handcrafted itinerary will take you for meals in stunning settings, from rice paddies to waterfalls, beaches, and cliff tops, to swanky restaurants overlooking infinity pools as well as to humble eateries serving delicious local cuisine and warm Balinese hospitality.
Also, one of Boost Camp Bali’s everyday sessions is dedicated to Body Boosting Diets. Through this, you´ll learn about superfoods and how to integrate these into a healthier diet once you are home.
What language we will speak?
As Boost Campers and Guest Speakers come from all around the world we will use English.
Is it obligatory to participate in every activity?
You work very hard during the year. And if you decide to join Boost Camp Bali you’re giving us something priceless: your free time. We have used our experience and knowledge to craft an itinerary with activities which we think makes the best investment of your time and money. But you are more than welcome to do as much or as little as you wish – at Boost Camp Bali you’re your own boss. 🙂
Is Boost Camp physically demanding?
The Boost Camp Bali itinerary is packed with activities and some of them require a medium level of fitness. Those activities include trekking, cliff climbing, swimming, delving into the jungle, running and rafting.
How my day will look like on the Boost Camp Bali?
Each day at Boost Camp Bali typically consists of:
- morning boost sessions (detox drink, exercises, meditation)
- healthy breakfast
- an adrenaline injection (jungle trekking, volcano climbing, swimming with manta rays, rafting…) or an authentic travel experience (learning about Balinese culture, nature and community)
- sessions conducted by guest speakers (topics include de-stressing, relationships, productivity, gratitude, journaling, self-awareness and loving yourself)
- free time for relaxation and exploring on your own
- wrap up the day with an amazing dinner or contemplate the sunset with a drink in your hand

Each day THE BOOST CAMP BALI:
Morning boosting activities: detox drink, exercises, meditation, healthy breakfast
Inspiring sessions conducted by the Guest Speakers: De-stressing, Relationships, Productivity, Gratitude, Journaling, Self-Awareness and Loving Yourself
Adrenaline injection or authentic travel experience delving into the Balinese culture, nature and community
Time for relaxation and exploring on your own (with different proportions)
Wrap up the day with an amazing dinner or contemplate the sunset with a drink in your hand
Session on Meditation. A trip to the Monkey Forest and Ubud Palace. Drive away from the hustle bustle and stroll through the lush green rice fields towards a beautifully located restaurant for late lunch. In the evening enjoy a cultural show, a barong dance performance that uses traditional masks and costumes as the embodiment of Balinese spirits.
Off to Rafting. Test your fearlessness by conquering the river rapids. See hidden waterfalls and jump into the refreshing waters. Lunch at a local restaurant with stunning views of the surrounding jungle. An afternoon session on How to de-stress. Soak in the golden sunset with a cocktail in your hand, followed by a delicious dinner.
Yoga class at the Yoga Centre. Attend a session on Relationships. Get to know the Balinese lifestyle by being invited to a Balinese home. Optional visit to the Craft Market. Relaxing afternoon. Chill out at the beach while watching the sunset. Dinner in a unique Balinese restaurant with a truly welcoming Balinese atmosphere and delicious local food.
Have a sense of achievement by starting the day very early in the morning and climbing Mount Batur for sunrise. It’s a dormant volcano, 1717 meters high, a sacred place according to local Hindu beliefs. Lunch with stunning views. Afternoon time to relax. Late afternoon Optional Session on Productivity. Free evening.
A session on following a Body Boosting Diet. Later drive to an amazing waterfall inside the jungle. Go deep into the lap of nature, trek through the dense forest and take a refreshing shower under the streams of the waterfall – unwind and disconnect. Early dinner in a small restaurant with waterfall view.
Catch a ferry to Nusa Penida island, as this is the home to some of the most idyllic beaches, cliffs and diving spots. Crossing the water, enjoy the views of the majestic Mount Agung and mingle with locals. After arrival, visit an ancient cave temple. Arrive at a boutique, small resort. Early dinner with amazing sunset and ocean views. Session with a local spiritual teacher on ancient Hindu philosophy.
Feel like an explorer in the astonishing island. Visit Broken Beach and one of the most incredible and unusual cliff formations called Kelingking. Challenge yourself with an hour-long descent to the Secret Beach. Relax and chill while watching another amazing sunset. Dinner in the resort followed by a session on Gratitude.
Practicing the Gratitude mindset, admire the scenery of the one-thousand-islands from the Ruma Pohon (tree house) viewpoint. Later head towards Atuh Beach for the stunning white sand beach, surrounded by high cliffs and remarkable rock formations. Relax, unwind and dive into the crystal-clear water. Dinner at the resort with a session on Journaling.
Step into the underwater world and have a once in a lifetime experience while swimming with manta rays (depending on currents). Explore fascinating snorkeling spots during a boat trip around Nusa Penida. Relax under the coconut palms at Crystal Bay or float in its remarkable clear waters. Late lunch at the beach restaurant enjoying views of Mount Agung.
Drive to the port and before jumping on the ferry which will take you back to Bali, stroll around the local market. Arrive late afternoon and settle into a luxury villa. Free time for spa and a cocktail. Enjoy the sun melting down into the ocean. Rest of the evening – free.
Yoga class at the Yoga Centre. Session on Self Awareness. Visit an ancient temple at Uluwatu. Lunch at a restaurant on the cliff with mesmerizing views allowing to calm your mind. Later climb down through the big rocks to discover a hidden beach (depending on the tide). Swim and relax. Chill out and party at the Single Fin bar hanging on a cliff with the full ocean view. Rest of the evening – free.
Start the day with the run along the wild beach. Session on the Power of Loving Yourself. Relaxing noon time. Late lunch at an exclusive and iconic club with infinity pool and clifftop restaurant – a perfect treat for your body and mind. In the evening, an optional cultural show of Kecak dance.
Relaxing morning with a session of sharing your experiences. Time to say goodbye and drive to the airport. But that’s not it! You are a Boost Camper now and your journey continues…Use your new boosting rituals, stay in touch with other Boost Campers and take part in post Boost Camp meetings!
