ARE YOU A REGISTERED TRAVEL COMPANY?
DLI Travel is a registered world-wide travel operator and is financially backed by AXA Finance and the Tourism Board of Poland.
HOW MANY ARE WE IN A GROUP?
Group size ranges between 10 – 15 people for published dates. Group size may also vary for customized tours. Don’t hesitate to drop us a message if you’re interested in the tailor-made, customised tour!
WILL I HAVE FREE TIME TO EXPLORE ON MY OWN?
Absolutely! You will have free time to explore on your own, do your souvenir shopping and take more photos to document your journey.
WHAT KIND OF HOTEL WILL I STAY?
Accomodation is one of our WOW effect creating factor. All accommodations for each tour are hand-picked by us and we have tried to give you the best experience possible. We work with beautiful, comfortable accommodations with en-suite bathrooms. Rooms will however vary depending on the tour and the destination.
ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED?
Flights are not included in our package, however we can assist you to find some good flight connections and deals. The flight booking and buying is on you.
ARE TIPS INCLUDED?
Tips or gratuities are not included in the price unless specified. Tips around $50 / £30 per person (depending on how long the tour) will be collected for the tour guide, motor-coach driver and restaurant staff.
WHAT IS MY PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
Your payment schedule is flexible. We will only require a deposit for the tour. You can pay the rest of the balance at your own schedule. Just take note that the final payment is due at least 40 days prior to tours start.
SHOULD I GET VACCINATED BEFORE THE TRAVEL?
We recommend that you visit a doctor 8 weeks before the travel and inform her/him about the country you plan to visit. You will be informed if any additional vaccination is required and if the region is currently under any particular health risk with the preventive methods suggestion.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE TOURS?
For UK travelers, payments can be made through our UK bank account. For travelers from US and other countries, payment can be done via Paypal or wire transfer. Clients are requested to cover bank transfer fees (if any) so as to ensure that the whole amount of payment reaches DLI Travel’s bank account without any deductions.
DO I NEED VISA?
As Visa regulations can change and they depand on your nationality and the country where you’re travelling to the best way to get the information is to check directly with the embassy (on the internet, or by phone). Obtaining a Visa is on you, however we can send you the necessary document as a travel company if your embassy will require.
